COMMON SENSE STATEMENT:

Due to the changes we are seeing in many aspects of this business we need to make a few things clear...

When we custom make a bull rope for you, the customer, we make it to your specifications and it is yours.  Please do NOT contact us several months down the road expecting a replacement rope.  That is ridiculous to even expect.  When you use the rope, stick the rope in a vice-grip, snag the rope in your spur, etc., we are NOT responsible for that.  We have encountered people who have said they did NOT use the rope, yet upon inspection, it had hair from the bull they did NOT put it on.  If you use the rope for  months on end, you can't expect us to take it as a return or replacement.  Like everyone else, we make a top quality product, and we back our product up, but once you have placed the rope on a bull, stretched the rope; whatever the case may be we are in no way liable.   If you custom order a rope, it is yours.  Enjoy!

In reference to chaps (and any custom leather products) , if the chaps and/or you get stepped on using the chaps, we are not responsible for tears, fringe loss, buckle loss, injury, etc.  This does occur, and we will gladly repair the chaps, etc., if repairable, at your expense.  This is not due to faulty work on our part, as we hand select our leather and use the best quality materials available. 

As with all roughstock products (helmets, chaps, ropes, vests, gloves, etc.), damage caused in the arena or improper use or abuse of this equipment is considered normal wear and tear and we are not responsible for such damage.

 

SPONSORSHIP:

Due to the overwhelming amount of sponsorship requests, we clearly can not sponsor everyone.  If you do send a request, PLEASE, check your spelling and punctuation and make certain you look professional to us.  I home school my daughter and have printed out many sponsorship request letters for her to correct as extra homework.

Should you wish to be sponsored, don't let us know what we can do for you.  We need to know what YOU can DO for US as a potential representative of our company.  We take this seriously, and if you represent yourself poorly to us, what can we expect you to do as a representative of our company?  We have requirements of those we sponsor, and you should be well prepared to meet those requirements.
